Shipping Prices

We offer FREE DELIVERY on orders over £70 to UK MAINLAND addresses. Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and other Isles not included. 

Shipping for UK MAINLAND orders (including exclusions above) under £70 costs £6.95.

 

Shipping Surcharges

Unfortunately it costs us a little more to send to the following regions, and so we have to charge excess shipping costs for the following locations for any order value:

Isle of Wight - £15

Scottish Highlands (and Isles) and Northern Ireland - £20

Channel Islands and Isle of Man - £30

 

The Shipping Service

Most of your Magic Flower orders are shipped on a premium fragile courier service by our delivery partner APC. The Fragile service avoids any conveyor belts in the delivery process, as we aim to get your Magic Flowers to you in perfect condition.

Letterbox bouquets and certain foliage orders are shipped using Royal Mail First Class and are sent in a package that should allow letterbox delivery. 

 

Delivery Time

As many of our arrangements and bouquets are made to order we expect your delivery to be with you within 3-5 working days.

Whilst we do use the APC one day delivery service as standard, we can't always guarantee that your will be delivered the next day following departure from our warehouse. This is due to any extenuating circumstances that may occur within the courier network. The standard APC shipping service to Northern Ireland, Scottish Isles and Highlands and The Channel Islands is 2-5 working days from leaving our workshop, and we cannot guarantee a delivery date if requested on these orders.

We cannot accept responsibility for late delivery due to courier error, if we have shipped on time (allowing for next day delivery) for a particular date request. 

 

What if I'm not in?

There is an option on your notification email from APC to adjust delivery settings. If you are not in and miss the delivery, the driver will leave a 'We Missed You' card, which will have the phone number of your local APC depot on. You will need to phone the number on the card, and organise re-delivery directly with the APC depot. 

Once the package has left our premises, and has been tracked within the APC network, we cannot accept responsibility.
