Refund policy

Returns

We hope that you love your Magic Flowers. However, if for any reason your order is not as expected you can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery and return your goods undamaged and in the original condition, at your cost, for a full refund (not including any shipping costs paid). Returns are not accepted on custom bouquets or designs. If for any reason you need to return your Magic Flowers, please email info@magicflowercompany.co.uk and we will assist you. 

 

Refunds (or replacements if applicable)

If for any reason your products are damaged on arrival please contact us as soon as possible following delivery. It will help if you will take some pictures of the damage and we will refund/replace your product at our discretion.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you paid by debit or credit card and you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@magicflowercompany.co.uk.
Paypal refunds should appear in your Paypal account the same day.

 

Return Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: The Magic Flower Company Ltd., Shilling Grange, Shilling Street, Lavenham, CO10 9RH, United Kingdom

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are returning an item because you choose to cancel your order after receiving the product, we recommend shipping using a fragile service, so ensure that the flowers return to us in perfect condition. You should also consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
